HITRUST Risk-Based, Two-Year Certification

This achievement places The Word & Brown Companies in an elite group of organizations worldwide that have earned this certification. By including federal and state regulations, standards, and frameworks, and incorporating a risk-based approach, the HITRUST Assurance Program helps organizations address security and data protection challenges through a comprehensive and flexible framework of prescriptive and scalable security controls.
Systems Earning Certification
The select systems used by Word & Brown Insurance Administrators, Inc. (doing business as Word & Brown General Agency) and CHOICE Administrators Insurance Services, Inc., which earned the HITRUST r2 certification are ChoiceBuilder, Doclink, Great Plains, Orion, Pegasus, and WBQuote/WBQuote Lite.
