The Tech Team Updates for this month offer more news you can use concerning Ease, the online enrollment platform for health insurance brokers working in the 2-250 employee marketplace.
 
Ease Intake Form: Be sure you are always using the most current Word & Brown Intake Form for cases you’re setting up in Ease. Download the form and instructions now.
 
Payroll Demos: Ease offers four short setup demos to help you connect your clients with ADP Workforce Now/RUN Powered by ADP, BambooHR Payroll, Paycor, and Paylocity. Walk through each by linking to their YouTube videos.
 
Remove Forms: Ease has added a new feature allowing for the removal of forms from multiple plans. You can this by navigating to the group’s Benefits tab > Select the plans in question > Actions > Remove Forms.
 
Employee Navigator: All groups should be moved from Ease to Employee Navigator by January 1, 2025. It is “business as usual” until then. Demo groups will be the first to move during the testing phase, followed by a few brokers at a time.
 
Ease Quick Tips
Send Employee Logins
To send Employee Logins, follow these steps:

• Go to the group’s “Logins” tab.
• Use the navigation tool below the “Logins” header to ensure the correct employees are displayed.
• Select the employee(s) in question.
• Click the “Actions” dropdown, then “Send Logins.”
• Select the template you wish to use and hit “Send.”
