Tech Team Updates for September 2024
We’re offering more Tech Team Updates this month on news you can use concerning Ease and its transition to Employee Navigator. Both Ease and Employee Navigator (EN) are online enrollment (OLE) platforms for health insurance brokers working in the employee marketplace.
OLE Updates
Intake Forms: The Ease Intake Form and EN Setup Request Form (and Instructions) are available in the W&B online Insurance Forms Library.
Unum Embedded EOI: To expedite plan administration, Unum has launched Embedded EOI with Decision return in EN. Learn more on the Employee Navigator website.
Register Without an SSN: Employees can now register in EN without a Social Security Number. Go to the Home tab and use the “Add New Employee” link. Log in and learn more.
Expanded Auto Drop: EN has expanded auto drop to include over-age employees, spouses, and domestic partners. Log in and learn more.
Early Adopter Training Program: EN’s Early Adopter Training program is designed to help Ease users explore and understand the features and benefits offered by EN. Get the details.

There are three options to add a company to your brokerage’s EN account: add a company, add a library, or add from an existing entry.
