Word & Brown is encouraging brokers to use the great training program and resources that Employee Navigator has developed to support brokers regarding its build process as the transition from Ease to Employee Navigator continues.

These resources are a great starting point to learn how to build and manage your groups in Employee Navigator. There will always be new scenarios for learning and adapting to a new system, especially as new features and enhancements are added to Employee Navigator.

Virtual Employee Navigator System Training

These webinars focus on Employee Navigator system training and key differences from Ease. You should attend these webinars if you’re ready to get fully trained on Employee Navigator. The training series runs Monday-Thursday for 90 minutes daily. We recommend joining these sessions if you are ready to start actively using Employee Navigator.
