Making the Most of Your Employee Navigator Account

Word & Brown has been building-out our team – and processes – during the past two years to help transition your existing Ease groups and establish new groups in Employee Navigator.
To maximize our assistance, you must grant us Support Partner Access to your Employee Navigator account. You can do this via Partner Invitations. (This is done on a per company basis.) Employee Navigator has confirmed there’s no additional charge for GA Users or Partner Invitations for you to give us access.
Word & Brown will manage its own access, and access will be removed two months following completion of our build support. If support is needed again in the future, you can re-establish it through Partner Invitations.
Word & Brown Services Agreement and Disclaimer: Similar to Ease, we will have an Employee Navigator Service Agreement and Disclaimer that needs to be reviewed and signed by your agency. We will send you the agreement via Docusign. FYI, this is required only once by your agency and will be applied to all builds after.
Word & Brown will support you in your Employee Navigator Account in a variety of ways: new groups, migrations, and renewals.
For New Groups and Renewal Build Requests:
- For New Groups, shell must be built in Employee Navigator.
- W&B must be given support partner access for the period of time during which we build your group.
- Complete intake form with the needed information for build support and gather the requested items on page 1 of intake form.
- Your sales team can assist by providing any final sold plans with worksheets and rates.
- Submit completed intake form and required information to accountmanagement@wordandbrown.com.
For Migrations, when the Migration Tool is not used:
- Shell must be built in Employee Navigator.
- Submit completed intake form with the needed information for build support; provide the Ease Configuration report.
- Census (include enrollments if applicable). Note: some agencies are holding on to add the census until plans are built and group is ready to fully migrate to Employee Navigator.
- W&B Quote including rate tables, employee worksheets, and rating area.
- Benefit summaries.
- SBCs for Large Group.
- Any additional documents you would like to upload to Employee Navigator.
When the Migration Tool is used:
- Agency must initiate the Migration Tool in Ease.
- Note: When migration tool is used group will immediately be moved to “Read Only” in Ease.
- Ease Configuration report.
- Employee Navigator Enrollment Export Census.
- Employee Navigator Migration Report (from Ease Migration Dashboard).
- Any additional benefit summaries for plans not included in migration tool that require manual build.
Unlike Ease, we will not have extended access to your group. GA access to your Employee Navigator group should be confirmed or requested for each support request.
