Many of Word & Brown’s carrier partners offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as part of their Small Group benefits. These EAPs offer a range of services to their health plan members including free and confidential counseling, assessments, support services, referrals to other resources, and more.  These resources are available to enrolled employees and dependents.
 
EAP areas of support may include:

Programs vary by carrier and health plan. It is important that you and your clients understand the specific benefits that may – or may not – be available.
