Humana has extended your opportunity to earn a bundling bonus on Dental sold in combination with other Humana group benefits.

Previously, the Humana bundling bonus was to end with effective dates through October 31, 2026.

Instead, you can now earn a bonus when you place a new Humana Dental case with at least one additional Humana group benefits line with an initial effective date through January 31, 2027.

For enrolled groups of 10-49, you can earn up to $500:

• $100 for Dental
• $50 for Vision
• $50 for Life
• $200 for Disability
• $100 additional if you place all four lines of coverage with the same employer (for a total bundling bonus payout of $500)

For enrolled groups of 50-299, you can earn up to $800:

• $200 for Dental
• $100 for Vision
• $100 for Life
• $300 for Disability
• $100 additional if you place all four lines of coverage with the same employer (for a total bundling bonus payout of $800)
