Ease Intake Form: Download the most current Word & Brown Intake Form for cases you’re setting up in Ease.

Employee Navigator System Training: Employee Navigator has two important system training sessions online this month as well as the national conference in June:

• Thursday, April 25, 11:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Eastern (Lunch break 2:30 – 3:00 p.m., Eastern)
• Friday April 26, 11:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Eastern (Lunch break 2:30 – 3:00 p.m., Eastern)

Both sessions are limited to 1,000 participants, so sign up today. All attendees must agree to complete a one-hour self-guided course.

• Employee Navigator National Conference in Washington, DC, June 12-14. We hope you already signed up, because the web page for this event says it is now sold out.

Create Custom Documents
Do you know? It’s easy to create custom documents in Ease by following these steps:

1. Click on the Group (You must log into Ease to access group records.)
2. Go to Document → Custom
3. Click Add Document
4. Enter Document Name
5. Add content to Document using formatting and Auto Text
6. Click Add Document
7. To Preview, Click Document Name
8. Click Preview
