Ease Intake Form: Be sure you are always using the most current Word & Brown Intake Form for cases you’re setting up in Ease. Download the form and instructions now.
Stress Relieving Resources: Keep Affordable Care Act (ACA) e-filing simply and stress-free for clients. Whether you’ve filed using ACA with Ease before, or this is your first time, we have you covered. Bookmark these resources to navigate the ACA with confidence during filing season:

Connected Plan Auto Renew Discontinued: Ease has released an enhancement to stop connected plan
auto-continuance for EaseConnect+, Ease Connect, and EC834 connections. The change will apply to all carriers except for Aflac Everwell, Colonial, Unum, and Trustmark. Please note, this does not affect you if you process a manual renewal.
Ease Quick Tips
Assist Employees Enrolling with a Qualifying Event
If one of your groups’ members has a qualifying event, follow these steps:
- From the Benefits tab, click on the plans you wish to pull.
- Click Reports & Customize Report.
- Layout: Horizontal; Include Dependents: Yes; click Generate.
- Click Reports tab to pull Census.
To add a form to the Ease database, follow these steps:
- Go to “Libraries” at the top of the page.
- Click “Request Form.”
- Add all relevant information and upload form to be added.
Note: Requested forms may take 4-6 weeks to be mapped.
