Intake Form: Get the latest Ease Setup Request form in Word & Brown’s Insurance Forms Library. The Employee Navigator (EN) Setup Instructions are also available.
 
2024 ACA Form Generation: You can now generate ACA forms for the 2024 reporting year in Employee Navigator. Log in and get started.
 
Open Enrollment and Integrated Payroll: To create a smoother Open Enrollment closeout process, we have expanded to the “Send Deductions to Payroll” date for HR and Licensee users. Users can now edit the “Send Deductions to Payroll” date after an open enrollment has closed. Read “Payroll: The expert’s guide to Open Enrollment.”
 
Ease OLE Quick Tips
Establish Benefits Plan as COBRA Eligible: In order for plans to be designated as eligible for COBRA eligibility, follow these steps:

• Go to the plan Profile page.
• Scroll to Advanced Settings.
• Update the COBRA Eligibility Box with the correct percentage based on Cal-COBRA or feral COBRA.
• To learn more, sign at Ease.
