February’s Tech Team Updates offer more news you can use concerning Ease and its transition to Employee Navigator, which continues throughout 2025.
Intake Form: Get the latest Ease Setup Request form instructions in Word & Brown’s Insurance Forms Library. You will also find Employee Navigator (EN) Setup Instructions.
Employee Navigator Software Release & Ease Integration Highlights
Ease Migration Update: For groups migrating from Ease to Employee Navigator, dependents will now be migrated for those employees who do not have a Social Security Number present and are not enrolled in any plans.
Team Admin Permission Enhancement: A new licensee setting is available that will allow users with the Team Admin permission to add and manage other users, with the same location, within the licensee. Log in to learn more about the new “Team Admin User Management” setting.
Ease OLE Quick Tips
Adding Documents in Employee Navigator: To add a document in Employee Navigator, follow these steps:
- Click Documents. Upload file and drop file into box.
- Add document description.
- Select “Everyone” in Employee Assignment.
- Click Document Active box.
- Click Enrollment Assistance box; show as a document on the employee enrollment pages.
- Click Options under Plan-Related Documents.
- Options: EOI, SBC, Show in Enrollment, and Required when enrolling,
- Associate with a carrier, benefit, type, or plan.
- Click Save.
