Open Enrollment Best Practices: With Q4 just weeks away, now’s the time for a refresher on enrollment best practices. Click here to view the Ease video on steps to take before, during, and after open enrollment.
Ease Enrollment Video: Link here to go to YouTube and view Ease’s “Employee Enrollment Experience” video. It’s a great tool – with a run-time of less than 2.5 minutes – to demonstrate the features of Ease.
FSA/HSA Best Practices: When adding a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), a pay schedule is required. Download the Pay Period Import example here. Start and End dates are required for all pay schedules.
Ease Quick Tips
For New Hire Onboarding, follow these steps:
- Click on the Group
- Click Marketplace
- Click View next to HR & Compliance
- Click Ease Onboarding → Enable → Yes, Enable
- You can now customize onboarding
- Confirm if W-4 (state level) is required
- For a list of states, click here
- For Direct Deposits, add the number of accounts supported by payroll
- Send to Employees
- If COBRA Notification is checked, complete the additional details
