Blue Shield of California’s 2022-2023 Small Business Incentive Program offers you the opportunity to earn more when enrolling members in Blue Shield products. There are no complicated tiers or required calculations.

You can earn a reward for enrolling members in any of the following small business products:

• Trio HMO
• Tandem PPO
• Dental
• Vision
• Life
• Ancillary combo (Dental, Vision, and Life)

One point is equivalent to one dollar. Points apply to groups with an effective date of February 1, 2022, through January 2023.
