Blue Shield of California’s 2023 Small Business Incentive Program offers you the opportunity to earn more when enrolling members in Blue Shield products. There are no complicated tiers or required calculations.

You can earn five to 100 points for enrolling members in any of the following small business products:

• Tandem PPO (100 points per new member enrolled)
• Medical plans other than Tandem PPO (50 points per new member enrolled)
• Dental (10 points per new member enrolled)
• Vision (five points per new member enrolled)
• Life (five points per new member enrolled)
• Ancillary combo (40 points for each new member enrolling in Dental, Vision, and Life)

One point is equivalent to one dollar. Points apply to groups with an effective date of February 1, 2023, through June 30, 2023.
