We’re offering more Tech Team Updates this month on news you can use concerning Ease and its transition to Employee Navigator. Both Ease and Employee Navigator (EN) are online enrollment (OLE) platforms for health insurance brokers working in the employee benefits marketplace.

OLE Updates
Intake Forms: The Ease Intake Form and EN Setup Request Form (and Instructions) are available in the W&B online Insurance Forms Library.
 
EN System Training: Training for brokers concerning the EN system is scheduled October 16 and 17, from 8:30 a.m., Pacific, until 2:00 p.m., with a 60-minute lunch break from 11:00 a.m. to Noon each day. Register and get details.
 
Early License Adopter Program: If you’ve not signed up for the EN Early License Adopter program designed to help Ease users explore and understand the features and benefits offered by EN, sign up today.
 
OLE Quick Tips
Plan History Reports in Ease
Plan history reports are a terrific way to troubleshoot and determine what changes have been made a particular plan. Just follow these steps:

• Go to the group’s Benefits tab and select the Plans sub-tab.
• Select the plans in question.
• Click the green Reports tab on the right, above the plan listing.
• Click Plan History Report to generate.
• Go to Reports at the top of the page to retrieve your plan history report.
