Expanded Benefit Allowance
Benefit Allowance now Supports Life Plans. Group Life, Group AD&D, Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D, Supplemental Life, Permanent Life, and Critical Illness plans can each be included in the Benefit Allowance.
 
Brokers interested in making the move to Employee Navigator (EN) need to complete the licensing agreement before training:

• The request for an EN license will be sent as an amendment to your Ease contract via DocuSign email.
• Only one agreement per agency is required.
• Once the amendment is received, EN login credential will be provided to the Premier Use, who will then be able to add additional users.
• The EN term on the amendment is the same as your current Ease license term. Your subscription will be auto renewed based on the term date listed in the amendment.

 
Service Area/ZIP Code
EN now supports CaliforniaChoice Medical Plans with Service Area Eligibility requirements. For details, log in and read more.
 
Schedule Open Enrollment Notification
You will notice a new scheduling feature. You can Schedule Open Enrollment Notifications for future delivery. Learn more.
 
Carrier Enrollment Form
Termination forms can be added by going to Poly Info > Forms > Add. More information can be found in the EN article, Carrier Enrollment Forms.
 
OLE Quick Tips
To download forms, follow these steps:

• Go to Reports > Carrier Reports > Carrier enrollment forms.
• Click Generate Download to create a zip file.
• Forms are bundled together as a package ready for download.
• The table is sorted by Signed Date (oldest first).
• Default view shows “Ready to Download” status only.
• Filter by Created or Downloaded status to view previous activity.
