Explain Rates Report
The “Explain Rates Report” will show how the Ease system is calculating an employee benefit.
 you want to extend your group’s Open Enrollment, go to Employees > Employee > Benefits > Actions.
 
For each enrolled employee, plan setup displays the enrollee’s name, plan name, and plan ID.
 
Cost by Deduction Period displays the Employee Pay Cycle, derived from the employee’s Employment > Compensation.
 
Rate Chart shows the actual calculations for each plan.
