We’re offering more Tech Team Updates this month on news you can use concerning Ease and Employee Navigator. It’s the online enrollment platform for health insurance brokers working in the 2-250 employee marketplace.

Employee Navigator Update: As you know, Ease is being acquired by and integrated with Employee Navigator. The merged organization will support more than 150,000 businesses, 4,000+ insurance brokers, a marketplace of 300 integrated partners, and more than 13 million employees in the U.S. It will be among the largest administration and HR platforms nationwide.
 
Full integration is not expected until 2025. However, this does not equate to turning off the Ease platform. No timing has been announced for when Ease system will be discontinued.
 
Employee Navigator training is planned in July and August. The August dates are the 7th and 8th, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern (8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Pacific). Register now!

The new Ideon Rate Library is now available on Employee Navigator. It will help you skip the manual process of building plans. Log in to the Employee Navigator site to learn more – or create a new sign up.
 
Ease Quick Tips
Pre-Migration Tool Review
After logging into Ease, the Dashboard shows a new tab at the top of your screen named “EN Migration.”

1. Company – the company name as entered in Ease.
2. Status – whether the company is “Active” or “Inactive.”
3. Employees – the current count of active employees.
4. Plans – the company’s active Plan Count.
5. Readiness – this section will highlight items that need to be acted upon before the group can be migrated to Employee Navigator.
