Ease Quick Tips
Pulling Enrollment Census
To pull an Enrollment Census, follow these steps:

1. From the Benefits tab, click on the plans you wish to pull.
2. Click Reports & Customize Report.
3. Layout: Horizontal; Include Dependents: Yes; click Generate.
4. Click Reports tab to pull Census.

 
Pulling Enrollment Forms
To access Enrollment Forms, follow these steps:

1. To-Do’s > Changes > Manage > [Select Company] > Actions > Current/Open Enrollment Forms
2. Company Benefits > Plans > Reports > Enrollment Forms
3. Employee Benefits > Enrollments > Actions > Enrollment Forms
4. Employee Documents > Forms
5. Reports > Available > Enrollment Forms
