Jennifer is a seasoned leader with a strong track record of overcoming challenges through process engineering and strategic improvements, consistently fostering growth and stability. She was specifically recruited for this role due to her deep expertise and background in the employee benefits industry.
 
With over two decades of experience, Jennifer’s career includes four years serving as Program Management Director at UnifyHR/Ascensus Health & Benefits, more than a decade at CONEXIS/WageWorks as Product Director and FSA Director, and seven years as Compliance Manager at The Barrington Group/CERIDIAN.
 
Jennifer earned her degree in Management with a minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
