Linh joined The Word & Brown Companies in 1990, as a member of the Word & Brown General Agency staff, eventually working her way up to Manager of Underwriting. In 1995, she joined the team tasked with launching the CaliforniaChoice multi-carrier, employee-choice private exchange, earning multiple promotions to Director and Vice President.
In 2008, she transferred to the IT Division of The Word & Brown Companies, where she managed departments including Product Management, Quality Assurance, Software Development, User Experience, and multiple Scrum Teams.
Linh is a member of the CIO Global Forum, an invitation-only group of senior technologists on LinkedIn. She is bilingual in English and Vietnamese. Linh attended California State University, Fullerton.
